The setup arrives at the table with the raclette on a a movable support that places the face of the cheese next to the heating element. After it melts, Isabel pulls the cheese out from under the heatiing element and tilts it toward a potato sliced in half. The cheese is scraped onto the potato and the charcuterie plate supplies a bit of meat to go with a bite of potato and cheese, plus bonus cornichons.
